WHAT IS HUMAN DESIGN: Human Design is a system comprised of Eastern and Western Astrology, the Hindu Chakra System, the Chinese I’Ching, The Judaic Kabbalah and Quantum Physics. Your Human Design Chart is generated from your birth date, time, and location and shows the position of the planets at that precise time and how they activate specific Gates, Channels and Centers in your chart to create your unique energetic blueprint. It is also a practical tool you can use in your everyday life.
A Human Design Reading will help get you back into alignment. It will show you your gifts and strengths and how you are unique from everyone else. It is a system that helps you understand how you’re designed to process energy and gives specific information about your life path, your style of working, your relationships, how you experience energy in the world, how you make decisions, and how you can create a truly meaningful and authentic life. It also gives insight into where you are challenged and how once you understand/learn to live according to your design your struggles begin to dissipate, and new opportunities can begin to show up for you.
Above is my chart and an example of what a Human Design Chart looks like. I know it may seem overwhelming at first, but it's a unique map of my chart and how I'm meant to process energy. It also shows what I am designed to do in this lifetime and my Intuitive Strengths.
For example, I am a Pure Generator. Generators make up 37% of the population. As a Generator, I am here to achieve mastery by doing what I love and to become masterful of these endeavors in my work and relationships. It is very important for me as a Generator to follow what lights me up! The way I do this is by following my sacral response to what shows up in my outer environment with an Uh-huh for yes (it feels real yummy!) or Uhn-uh for no (it feels yucky/draining). Generators are not here to initiate or make decisions from their head.
Another fun example of my chart shows that because I have an Open Head and Ajna (the top two white centers of my chart), I can be a mind reader. With my Open Throat (just below the Head and Ajna Centers), I have the ability to channel information people need when they ask. With my Gate 44, I am intuitively designed to smell a dirty rat. This is Intuitive Smell or what is called Clairolifactance.
I also have a stair step learning curve where I can excel quickly and then hit a plateau which can be frustrating. When I get to this point it just means I'm close to having a breakthrough, so I shouldn't give up. Frustration can also be a sign that I'm out of alignment and not living according to my Strategy, which is to wait to respond with that Uh-huh for yes or Uhn uh for no.
It's also very important for me to move my physical body enough during the day to where I'm expending all of my energy so that I can rest and sleep well at night.
