Above is my chart and an example of what a Human Design Chart looks like. I know it may seem overwhelming at first, but it's a unique map of my chart and how I'm meant to process energy. It also shows what I am designed to do in this lifetime and my Intuitive Strengths. Once you receive your Human Design chart and Free Guide for signing up to my newsletter, you will also be able to see your unique chart and some of how you are designed to process energy and do in this lifetime.
For example, I am a Pure Generator. Generators make up 37% of the population. As a Generator, I am here to achieve mastery by doing what I love and to become masterful of these endeavors in my work and relationships. It is very important for me as a Generator to follow what lights me up, otherwise I won't be lit up! The way I do this is through following my sacral response to what shows up in my outer environment with an Uh-huh for yes (it feels real yummy!) or Uhn-uh for no (it feels yucky or draining). Generators are not here to make decisions from their head.
Another fun example of my chart with intuition shows that because I have an Open Head and Ajna (the top two white centers of my chart), I can be a mind reader. With my Open Throat (just below the Head and Ajna Centers), I have the ability to channel information people need when they ask. And with my Gate 44, I am intuitively designed to smell a dirty rat. This is Intuitive Smell or what is called Clairolifactance. You can find out how this works in your chart too!
I also have a stair step learning curve where I can excel quickly and then hit a plateau which can be frustrating. When I get to this point it just means I'm close to having a breakthrough, so I shouldn't give up. Frustration can also be a sign that I'm out of alignment and not living according to my Strategy, which is to wait to respond with that Uh-huh for yes or Uhn uh for no.
It's also very important for me to move my physical body enough during the day to where I'm expending all of my energy so that I can rest and sleep well at night.
As you can see, there is so much to learn about you and your unique design. What I describe above as my Generator self is only the tipping point.
